When the Pike Place Market PDA found a site for a new senior center, the agency came to Common Ground for ideas on how to finance it.  After formulating a financing plan, Common Ground oversaw development of this $16 million project.  This partnership resulted in a the renovation of four historic buildings, preservation of 40 units of Section 8 housing, 64 total units of senior housing, a new senior center, and new ground-floor commercial space.
