Navos is a rapidly growing organization. They’ve been providing mental healthcare services to thousands of low income children and adults since the 1980s. While their patient base has grown, their facilities needed to catch up. Common Ground partnered with Navos to build a facility able to provide services for the complex and layered needs of people with serious and persistent mental illness. This new Mental Health and Wellness Center in Burien will provide 45,000 square feet for a full range of mental health care services. This new space increases their capacity by 20%. And because the new facility is within proximity of Navos’ low income housing properties, it will allows them to integrate support, primary healthcare and therapy services. Common Ground provided full financial structuring and facility development services.
